N.Y. Chef Makes Cheese from Breast Milk

Cheese is really hard to mess up. It can be slimy, stinky and full of holes, yet people will still call it delicious. Well, one chef in New York is trying to test how far we'll go with our obsession with cheese. His latest concotion? "Mommy's Milk Cheese."

Yep, it's exactly what it sounds like. Chef Daniel Angerer, owner of the restaurant Klee Brasserie in New York, began using his fiancee's breast milk to make cheese after the couple realized there was just way too much of it.

"We see this supply in the freezer and basically can't stuff anymore breast milk in there," Angerer and his fiance Lori Mason told FoxNews.com.

But instead of donating it, which is apparently a long and drawn-out process, the pair decided to come up with something a little more creative with their leftover milk.

"We realized we were going to have to throw a lot of it out, pour this liquid gold down the drain, and we were not going to do that," ...
